What is TPC? 

Ticketing Professionals Conference (or TPC) was founded by four people working in the industry in 2015, to give a place for those in ticketing related roles a place to learn and to develop their skills.

From day one its objective was to be self-sustaining and financially accessible, to allow venues could not get access to professional development.

Since 2016, it’s brought together almost thousands of delegates from all corners of the ticketing world and has developed into the event was THE place to see new technologies, learn, network, socialise and develop through a packed programme of keynote presentations and multi-stream educational content.

#TPCNYC’s Theme is ‘Revenue and Welcome’ 

Working to curate a program of meaningful, relevant and joined up content into a single day needs a theme to work to. 

We have selected the theme of ‘Revenue and Welcome’ for TPCNYC. This means that every session will be focused on boosting revenues, either by earned or contributed income or to improving the welcome we extend to our guests, either pre, during or even post their visit. 

These themes have already generated many content ideas which we will share in the coming weeks, as contributors have embraced the theme with sessions folding in the use of inclusive language in promotion materials, pricing strategies to ensure lower income individuals and groups can enjoy visiting our venues, through to updating customer service tools to embrace modern technologies.
